Irene Frisby.

Irene Frisby is the Founder and Managing Director of FQS Pharma, which she established in 2005 following a successful career in pharmaceutical quality roles. A Qualified Person with over 25 years’ industry experience, she specialises in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Irene has grown FQS Pharma into a leading provider of QP/RP services and temperature-mapping solutions, with operations across Ireland and the UK. Under her leadership, FQS Pharma secured its own UK MIA and WDA in 2025 and now supports pharmaceutical companies in bringing medicinal products to the EU, UK, and beyond through compliant product release, regulatory guidance, and efficient distribution solutions.
